Razli\u010ditostnim kompetencijama omogu\u0107uje se pobolj\u0161anje dostupnosti zdravstvene za\u0161tite za \u0161iroki spektar vulnerabilnih skupina u dru\u0161tvu. U Hrvatskoj su istra\u017eivanja o kulturalnim kompetencijama me\u0111u studentima zdravstvenih profesija rijetka, dok ona o razli\u010ditostnim kompetencijama izostaju. Ovim se istra\u017eivanjem \u017eeli ispitati razina razli\u010ditostnih kompetencija studenata Medicinskog fakulteta i Fakulteta zdravstvenih studija u Rijeci u odnosu na pripadnike triju vulnerabilnih skupina u zdravstvenome sustavu: pripadnike jezi\u010dnih manjina, vjerskih manjina te spolnih i rodnih manjina. The concept of diversity competencies makes it possible to improve the availability of health care for a wide range of vulnerable groups in a society. In Croatia, research on cultural competencies among students of health professions is rare, while research on diversity competencies is lacking. The aim of this study is to investigate the level of diversity competencies of students at the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Health Studies in Rijeka in relation to members of three vulnerable groups in the health care system: linguistic, religious, and sexual and gender minorities. Based on the research results, guidelines will be established for improving competencies related to these minorities through the content of study programs at the faculties and through the promotion of student projects carried out in cooperation with the civil sector.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-constrained wp-block-group alignfull\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator alignfull has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-zeever-secondary-color has-text-color\">Ciljevi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\">1.) Ispitati razinu razli\u010ditostnih kompetencija studenata Medicinskog fakulteta i Fakulteta zdravstvenih studija u Rijeci u odnosu prema pripadnicima triju vulnerabilnih skupina u sustavu zdravstvene za\u0161tite: jezi\u010dnih i vjerskih manjina te spolnih i rodnih manjina.\n\n2.)
